• Please check your inbox 1-2 days after your order to confirm! If we don’t receive feedback or approval on your name translation within 3 business days, we will bypass approval and your order will be sent into production. 
• Once you have approved your name translation, your order will be created and shipped, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
