ORDER PROCESSING
- Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday-Saturday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 3-5 business days, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.

ORDERS SHIPPING | CUSTOM ORDERS
- All custom jewelry takes between 20-30 business days to create and ship.
- The shipping time listed at checkout is AFTER the custom piece has been created
- Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
- All international orders that contain a custom and non-custom piece will ship once the custom piece is created
- All duties and taxes are prepaid for International customers
- Orders ship with Express Shipping (5-8 business days after shipping)

Custom Jewelry International Orders:
- All orders that contain a custom and non-custom piece will ship once the custom piece is created.
Nope! We take care of the customs fees for our International Family!
If you refuse a package at customs, customs will send it back to us. When they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
There’s no need to wait weeks for claims to be processed by couriers - protect your parcel with just 5% of the contents value and we’ll offer you a refund or replacement right away.
Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. Depending on where you live, we ask that you allow up to 7 business days for your parcel to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbours. Your tracking has not updated for 2 weeks from the ship date.
We reserve the right to class this as a ‘delay’ if there is a high volume of parcels in the network and we are aware of delays, otherwise we will offer a refund or replacement.
Items arrive damaged in transit - clothing is wet, stained, torn etc. Some of your order is missing due to the box/packet opening in transit
Please contact us at support@zudo.co immediately if your items have arrived damaged or if something is missing. Submit photographic evidence of tampered items.
- Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you
- Delays in transit
- Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to inventory issues or dispatch delays
- Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with your chosen courier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees and these will be deducted from your refund
- Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are not in a resalable condition
- If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing - this waives the right to any claim as per carrier terms and conditions
If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us on support@zudo.co from the email address you used to place your order. A member of our customer service team will assist you within 1-2 working days.
What to include in your claim:

- Description of your issue Photo evidence of damage
- We will continue to track your parcel and should it appear, we request it be sent back to us at our expense.
- By selecting Navidium shipping protection, you agree to these terms.
- We ask that you do not get in touch with use regarding a missing parcel until the allotted time has passed for it to be deemed as lost.
- This is our in-house protection policy. Navidium shipping protection is non refundable.

We will follow the claims policy with your selected courier to either locate your parcel or deem it as lost. This may take 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier.
If your parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbour or at a secure location, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days after arrival for a no-hassle FULL refund.
Personalized jewelry, unfortunately, cannot be returned as it is custom made for you and therefore, cannot be restocked.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our policy lasts for 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a return is received successfully and verified to be in good order, the refund minus shipping charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
Sale items are all final & cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your order has been submitted, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours after your purchase as we tend to process our orders pretty quickly! If you are within this time frame, please email us at support@zudo.co and we'll help you out immediately.
Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you selected are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is correct, and the payment method you are using is good to go!
LIFETIME WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. If the jewelry rusts or tarnishes, we will issue you a replacement. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized ZUDO retailer.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase, such as an order number. In the event your item required for warranty has been discontinued or sold out, a credit code will be offered for the value paid on original purchase, to be used towards a new replacement purchase of another item and subject to approval. We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent.
